Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

All orders made by 11am are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 


Domestic & International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping, but are working very hard to accommodate this service for you asap. As it stands, we only provide shipping to the UK.

Please note we DO NOT post to PO Boxes.


Estimated delivery time for UK orders

Next Day  1-2 working days

Standard 3-5 working days

Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard tracking service (customers can choose the shipping method). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to check your delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  info@sevenfiftytwo.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. Lost items will not be refunded. We advise you to use the tracked shipping method for any returns.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. To start a return, please get in touch with us with your name and order number at info@sevenfiftytwo.co.uk


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged). Defective Items on sale are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear back in your account.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
